Stavros Karagiannis was born in Piraeus in 1975 and graduated from the National Theatre Drama School. He is an actor and director with a long-standing presence in Greek theatre and television.
He has appeared in productions at the National Theatre, the National Theatre of Northern Greece, regional theatres and independent theatre. His work combines performance, stage experience and theatre education.
Since 2013, theatre education in Piraeus has been a consistent part of his artistic path. The new educational activity of FAROS TECHNIS is being built as a continuation of this long-standing teaching journey.
