FAROS TECHNIS AMKE is a civil non-profit company based in Piraeus, Greece. The website farostechnis.gr is operated under the responsibility of the company.

This policy explains in plain language which personal data you submit through the website, why it is used and what rights you may have.

For general enquiries we may collect your name, email address and the message you send us.

The workshop-interest form requires your name and email address. You may optionally provide a phone number, previous theatre experience, a teacher or workshop preference, and a free-text message.

When the interest form is submitted, we may also record the submission page, referrer and campaign UTM parameters already present in the URL. The interest form does not collect age or date of birth.

For newsletter subscriptions we collect your email address and technical information needed to manage the subscription, such as language and source page where those values are supplied by the form.

We use contact details to respond to an enquiry you sent us and interest-form details to contact you about workshops, teachers or activities for which you asked to hear from us.

Limited attribution information attached to an interest submission helps us understand which page or campaign generated an enquiry and assess the effectiveness of our communications. It is not used on its own to make automated decisions about you.

Newsletter data is used to send updates only where you have subscribed to receive them.

Where consent is explicitly requested, including newsletter subscription and workshop-interest submission, processing is based on the consent you provide when submitting the form.

For messages you send us directly, we process the information necessary to respond to the enquiry you initiated. We may also process information where required by an applicable legal obligation.

The website may use providers for hosting, database infrastructure, serverless functions and email delivery. Providers receive only the information necessary for the service they perform and only where the relevant feature is enabled.

The interest flow is designed so that, when no submission backend is configured, it opens a pre-filled email instead of displaying a false confirmation that data was stored.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers or other third parties.

The current architecture of the new lead flow does not itself load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or another third-party tracker and does not create tracking cookies.

The application contains internal semantic events for future measurement. If third-party tools that require consent are activated, an appropriate consent setup and an update to this policy will be completed before activation.

Contact and interest data is kept only as long as necessary to manage and reasonably follow up the enquiry, together with any record-keeping obligations applicable to the company.

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, subject to any limited retention needed to document the unsubscribe request or another legal obligation.

Under applicable data-protection law you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing and, where applicable, to data portability.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future. You may also ask us for information about personal data we hold about you.
